I am Rachel Tamilio, Pastor Frank and Ellen’s second daughter. Years ago, I was very active with Selah. I used to write devotionals and and did some administrative work as well. (I still write and you may subscribe to my email list by visiting my website.)

I started Creative By Design RT as a resource exclusively for entrepreneurs. Much of what I do is about web development, however Creative By Design RT is a digital agency. Being an agency means I am a one stop shop for entrepreneurs who would like a beautiful and responsive website, the support that goes along with having an online presence, and other services such as business card, logo design and content writing, among other things.
